Our Values
Transparency
We act with openness in all our operations, decisions, and communications, ensuring that every action and process is clear and accessible. Accountability is an integral part of our culture.
Transparency is the foundation of trust in everything we do. It means communicating clearly, sharing information openly, and taking responsibility for our decisions. We believe that free access to data, information, and knowledge is a necessary precondition for better collaboration, confident innovation, and lasting relationships.
Sustainability
Building software has real costs: energy burned in data centres, hardware sent to landfill, people and communities affected by what we ship. We try to keep that footprint small, writing efficient software that does its job without demanding ever more compute, storage, or new machines to run on.
Lasting longer is part of it too. Software that stays maintainable for years wastes far less than something rebuilt from scratch every couple of seasons, and it doesn't grind down the people keeping it alive. We build to last instead of to churn.
Technological Sovereignty
Technological sovereignty means you decide how your own systems work, instead of a vendor deciding for you. We build on open standards and formats you can take elsewhere, and we make sure you understand what you're running.
We'd rather contribute to open tools than lock value behind something only we control. When the building blocks are open, you can audit them, improve them, or replace us if you need to. That's the point.
